Postdoc in Organizational Behavior
Your tasks
- design, implement, present and publish high-quality
- research in the area of OB (focus: diversity & inclusion, work relationships)
- teach OB topics, provide teaching support, supervise theses (4 SWS)
- mentor doctoral students
- build and maintain an organizational network for field research (experiments)
Your profile
- (soon to be) completed PhD/doctorate in psychology, business administration, economics, or a related social sciences discipline (education/degree in psychology is a plus)
- scientific curiosity and collaborative orientation
- expertise in research design (e.g. (field) experiments) and advanced statistics (e.g. multilevel modelling)
- interest in applied work / working with organizations
- high level of proficiency in English (German is a plus but NOT required)
